盐酸哌甲酯缓释片联合脑电生物反馈加感统训练治疗儿童注意缺陷多动障碍的临床疗效分析

摘　　要：目的探究盐酸哌甲酯缓释片联合脑电生物反馈加感统训练治疗儿童注意缺陷多动障碍的临床疗效。方法回顾性选取2022年1月—2024年1月单县妇幼保健院收治的160例注意缺陷多动障碍患儿的临床资料,按照治疗方式的不同分为两组,各80例。对照组患儿给予盐酸哌甲酯缓释片治疗,研究组患儿给予盐酸哌甲酯缓释片联合脑电生物反馈加感统训练治疗,对比两组治疗效果、智力状况评分以及行为状况评分。结果研究组治疗总有效率为98.75%(79/80),高于对照组的90.00%(72/80),差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.238,P<0.05)。研究组智力状况评分、行为状况均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。结论对于注意缺陷多动障碍患儿采用盐酸哌甲酯缓释片联合脑电生物反馈加感统训练治疗有利于改善其临床症状、智力状况、行为状况。Objective To assess the clinical impact of combining methylphenidate hydrochloride prolonged-release tablets with electroencephalogram biofeedback sensory plus integration training in managing attention deficit hyperac⁃tivity disorder in pediatric children.Methods The clinical data of 160 children with attention deficit hyperactivity dis⁃order admitted to Shanxian Maternal and Child Health Hospital from January 2022 to January 2024 were retrospec⁃tively selected.They were divided into two groups according to different treatment methods,80 cases in each group.The children in the control group were treated with methylphenidate hydrochloride prolonged-release tablets.The chil⁃dren in the study group were treated with methylphenidate hydrochloride prolonged-release tablets combined with electroencephalogram biofeedback and sensory integration training.The therapeutic efficacy,intelligence status score and behavior status score were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the study group was 98.75%(79/80),which was higher than 90.00%(72/80)of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=4.238,P<0.05).The intelligence status score and behavior status of the study group were better than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(both P<0.05).Conclusion For children with attention deficit hyperactivity disorder,methylphenidate hydrochloride prolonged-release tablets combined with electroencephalogram biofeedback and sensory integration training are beneficial to improve their clinical symptoms,mental status and behavioral status.
