拜阿司匹林与氯吡格雷双联抗血小板治疗对老年急性脑梗死患者细胞炎性因子及凝血功能的影响分析

摘　　要：目的分析拜阿司匹林与氯吡格雷双联抗血小板治疗对老年急性脑梗死患者细胞炎性因子及凝血功能的影响。方法方便选取2022年1月—2023年12月江苏省泗洪安颐医院接收的453例老年急性脑梗死患者为研究对象,依据不同治疗方法分为对照组(226例)和观察组(227例)。对照组予以拜阿司匹林治疗,观察组予以拜阿司匹林、氯吡格雷治疗。对比两组患者治疗效果、炎性因子及凝血指标水平。结果观察组治疗总有效率为89.87%(204/227)高于对照组的82.30%(186/226),差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=5.416,P<0.05)。治疗后,两组患者炎性因子均低于治疗前,且观察组C反应蛋白、肿瘤坏死因子及白介素-6均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。治疗后,两组患者凝血指标优于治疗前,且观察组凝血酶原时间、部分凝血活酶时间高于对照组,纤维蛋白原低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。结论对老年急性脑梗死患者同时使用拜阿司匹林、氯吡格雷进行双联抗血小板治疗具有一定优势,有利于改善患者的炎性因子水平和凝血功能,可提高临床疗效。Objective To analyze the potency of combined aspirin and clopidogrel treatment in elderly cases of acute cerebral infarction,and the improvement of various functional indicators.Methods 453 elderly patients with acute ce⁃rebral infarction admitted to Jiangsu Sihong Anyi Hospital from January 2022 to December 2023 were conveniently se⁃lected as the study objects,and were divided into control group(226 cases)and observation group(227 cases)accord⁃ing to different treatment methods.The control group was treated with aspirin,and the observation group was treated with aspirin and clopidogrel.The therapeutic effect,inflammatory factors and coagulation indexes were compared be⁃tween the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 89.87%(204/227)higher than that of the control group 82.30%(186/226),and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=5.416,P<0.05).After treat⁃ment,inflammatory factors in two groups were lower than before treatment,and C-reactive protein,tumor necrosis fac⁃tor and interleukin-6 in observation group were lower than those in control group,the differences were statistically sig⁃nificant(all P<0.05).After treatment,the coagulation indexes of the two groups were better than before treatment,and the prothrombin time and partial thromboplastin time of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,and the fibrinogen was lower than that of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).Conclusion The combination of biaspirin and clopidogrel in elderly patients with acute cerebral infarction has certain advantages,which is conducive to improving the level of inflammatory factors and coagulation function of pa⁃tients,and can improve clinical efficacy.
