预防性护理与情绪疗法干预对白血病化疗患者自我效能、遵医行为、心理状态和生活质量的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨分析白血病化疗患者接受预防性护理与情绪疗法干预对其自我效能、遵医行为、心理状态和生活质量的影响。方法方便选取2021年6月—2023年10月徐州医科大学附属医院血液科收治的白血病化疗患者82例为研究对象,根据不同护理方法将其分为对照组(41例,实施预防性护理)和观察组(41例,在对照组基础上增加情绪疗法加强干预)。比较两组自我效能、遵医行为、心理状态和生活质量。结果干预后,观察组自我效能感评分(34.35±2.93)分、遵医行为评分(87.46±4.14)分、生活质量评分(84.63±6.78)分均高于对照组的(30.92±3.15)分、(82.39±4.58)分、(78.28±6.49)分,差异有统计学意义(t=5.105、5.258、4.332,P均<0.05);观察组焦虑、抑郁评分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。结论白血病化疗患者接受预防性护理与情绪疗法干预,能够缓解其焦虑等不良情绪,增强自我效能,促进遵医行为,促进生活质量改善。Objective To investigate the effects of preventive nursing and emotional therapy on self-efficacy,compli⁃ance behavior,psychological state and quality of life of leukemia patients receiving chemotherapy.Methods A total of 82 patients with leukemia chemotherapy admitted to the Department of Hematology in Affiliated Hospital of Xuzhou Medical University from June 2021 to October 2023 were conveniently selected as the research objects.According to different nursing methods,they were divided into control group(41 cases,preventive nursing)and observation group(41 cases,emotional therapy was added to strengthen intervention on the basis of control group).The self-efficacy,compliance behavior,psychological state and quality of life were compared between the two groups.Results After in⁃tervention,the self-efficacy score(34.35±2.93)points,compliance behavior score(87.46±4.14)points,and quality of life score(84.63±6.78)points in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(30.92±3.15)points,(82.39±4.58)points,(78.28±6.49)points,the differences were statistically significant(t=5.105,5.258,4.332,all P<0.05);the scores of anxiety and depression in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(both P<0.05).Conclusion The leukemia chemotherapy patients receive pre⁃ventive nursing and emotional therapy intervention,which can relieve their anxiety and other bad emotions,enhance self-efficacy,improve medical compliance behavior,and promote the quality of life.
