预见性护理模式在脑卒中继发癫痫患者中的应用效果分析

摘　　要：目的探讨预见性护理模式在脑卒中继发癫痫患者中的应用效果。方法随机选取2021年8月—2023年8月徐州医科大学附属医院收治的110例脑卒中继发癫痫患者为研究对象,根据不同护理方法分为两组,各55例。对照组实施常规内科护理干预措施,观察组实施预见性护理干预模式。对比两组心理状态、生活能力、不良事件、护理满意度。结果护理后,观察组心理状态评分低于对照组,生活能力评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05);观察组不良事件发生率为3.64%(2/55),低于对照组的16.36%(9/55),差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.950,P<0.05);观察组护理满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论预见性护理模式应用于脑卒中继发癫痫患者,可积极改善患者心理状态,提升其生活能力,有利于改善预后,减少不良事件发生,进而取得较高的护理满意度。Objective To explore the application value of predictive nursing model in patients with epilepsy secondary to stroke.Methods A total of 110 patients with epilepsy secondary to stroke admitted to the Affiliated Hospital of Xu⁃zhou Medical University from August 2021 to August 2023 were randomly selected as the research objects.According to different nursing methods,they were divided into two group,with 55 cases in each group.The control group was given routine medical nursing intervention measures,and the observation group was given predictive nursing interven⁃tion mode.The psychological state,living ability,adverse events and nursing satisfaction of the two groups were com⁃pared.Results After nursing,the psychological state score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,and the life ability score was higher than that of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(both P<0.05).The incidence of adverse events in the observation group was 3.64%(2/55),which was lower than 16.36%(9/55)in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=4.950,P<0.05).The nursing sat⁃isfaction of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically signifi⁃cant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of predictive nursing model in epilepsy secondary to stroke patients can ac⁃tively improve the psychological state of patients,improve their living ability,improve the prognosis,reduce the occur⁃rence of adverse events,and then achieve higher nursing satisfaction.
