摘 要:目的 综合分析健康教育干预在结核及乙肝传染病预防控制中的应用价值及对患者心理状态的影响。方法 随机选取 2020 年 11 月—2023 年 12 月山东省荣成市第三人民医院收治的 60 例结核及乙肝传染病患者为研究对象,按照不同护理方法分为两组:对照组(30 例,应用常规护理方法)、观察组(30 例,在对照组基础上应用健康教育干预方法)。对比两组患者的疾病知识掌握度、依从性、护理满意率、护理前后心理状态与生活质量。结果 观察组疾病知识掌握度 96.67%(29/30)高于对照组的 73.33%(22/30),差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.706,P=0.030)。与对照组相比,观察组依从性、护理满意率均更高,差异有统计学意义(P 均<0.05)。护理前,两组患者的心理状态评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。护理后,两组患者的焦虑情绪评分、抑郁情绪评分均低于护理前;与对照组相比,观察组焦虑情绪评分、抑郁情绪评分均更低,差异有统计学意义(P 均<0.05)。护理后,两组患者的生活质量评分高于护理前;与对照组相比,观察组生活质量评分高低,差异有统计学意义(P 均<0.05)。结论 健康教育干预在结核及乙肝传染病预防控制中的应用效果较好,可积极改善患者的心理状态和生活质量。Objective To comprehensively analyze the application value of health education intervention in the preven⁃tion and control of tuberculosis and hepatitis B infectious diseases and its influence on patient's psychological state.Methods A total of 60 patients with tuberculosis and hepatitis B infectious diseases admitted to the Third People's Hospital of Rongcheng in Shandong Province from November 2020 to December 2023 were randomly selected as the research objects.According to different nursing methods,they were divided into two groups:control group(30 cases,routine nursing method),observation group(30 cases,health education intervention method was applied on the basis of control group).Compare the two groups of patients disease knowledge mastery degree,compliance,nursing satisfac⁃tion,psychological state and quality of life.Results Compared with 73.33%(22/30)in the control group,the mastery of disease knowledge in the observation group was 96.67%(29/30)higher,and the difference was statistically signifi⁃cant(χ^(2)=4.706,P=0.030).Compared with the control group,the compliance and nursing satisfaction rate of the obser⁃vation group were higher,and the differences were statistically significant(both P<0.05).Before nursing,there was no significant difference in psychological status scores between the two groups(P>0.05).After nursing,the anxiety and depression scores of the two groups were lower than those before nursing;compared with the control group,the anxiety score and depression score of the observation group were lower,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).After nursing,the quality of life scores of the two groups were higher than those before nursing;compared with the control group,the quality of life score of the observation group was higher,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).Conclusion The application effect of health education intervention in the prevention and con⁃trol of tuberculosis and hepatitis B infectious diseases is good,which can activ
