丹黄明目汤联合羟苯磺酸钙治疗糖尿病视网膜病变的疗效分析

摘　　要：目的探究丹黄明目汤与羟苯磺酸钙联合用于糖尿病视网膜病变患者的治疗效果。方法选取2020年6月—2023年6月江苏省宿迁市沭阳眼科医院眼科收治的106例(140眼)开展全视网膜激光光凝手术治疗的糖尿病视网膜病变患者为研究对象,以不同治疗方法分为对照组和观察组。对照组53例(66眼)予以羟苯磺酸钙治疗,观察组53例(74眼)予以丹黄明目汤+羟苯磺酸钙治疗。比较两组中医证候积分、视功能损伤指标。结果观察组患者视物昏朦、目珠干涩症状积分分别为(1.09±0.17)分、(1.01±0.13)分,均低于对照组的(1.50±0.21)分、(1.34±0.19)分,差异有统计学意义(t=11.047、10.436,P均<0.05)。治疗后,观察组最佳矫正视力、黄斑中心凹厚度、视野平均阈值敏感度均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。结论丹黄明目汤联合羟苯磺酸钙用于糖尿病视网膜病变治疗的效果确切,可有效改善患者中医证候积分,增强视功能。Objective To explore the therapeutic effect of Danhuang Mingmu Decoction combined with cal⁃cium dobesilate in patients with diabetic retinopathy.Methods A total of 106 patients(140 eyes)with diabetic retinopathy who underwent panretinal laser photocoagulation in the Department of Ophthalmology in Shuyang Eye Hospital from June 2020 to June 2023 were selected as the study subjects.The patients were divided into control group and observation group according to different treatment methods,A total of 53 cases(66 eyes)in the control group were treated with calcium dobesilate,and 53 cases(74 eyes)in the observation group were treated with Danhuang Mingmu Decoction+calcium dobesilate.Traditional Chinese Medicine syndrome score and visual function impairment index between two groups were compared.Results The scores of dim vision and dry eye symptoms in the observation group were(1.09±0.17)points and(1.01±0.13)points,respectively,which were lower than(1.50±0.21)points and(1.34±0.19)points in the control group,and the differences were statisti⁃cally significant(t=11.047,10.436,both P<0.001).After treatment,the best corrected visual acuity central macular thickness and average threshold sensitivity of visual field in the observation group were better than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).Conclusion Danhuang Mingmu Decoction combined with calcium dobesilate has a definite effect in the treatment of diabetic retinopathy,which can effectively improve the Traditional Chinese Medicine syndrome score and enhance the visual function of patients.
