循证联合归脾汤对全膝关节置换术后血虚发热的治疗效果

摘　　要：目的探讨循证联合归脾汤对治疗全膝关节置换术后血虚发热患者的临床效果。方法选取淄博市中医医院于2019年3月—2022年10月收治的67例全膝关节置换术后发热患者为研究对象,根据不同的治疗方法分为观察组(n=33)和对照组(n=34)。对照组采取常规术后发热治疗,观察组在对照组基础上采取循证联合归脾汤治疗。对比两组患者中医症状积分、治疗效果、体温恢复正常时间、发热后住院时长、血小板。结果治疗后,两组中医症状积分均有明显改善,且观察组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组治疗总有效率为93.94%(31/33),高于对照组的79.41%(27/34),差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=18.686,P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组体温恢复正常时间、发热后住院时间均短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。观察组血小板水平高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对行全膝关节置换术后血虚发热患者采取循证联合归脾汤治疗,能够有效改善患者的症状,提高治疗效果,减少住院时长,改善预后。Objective To explore the clinical effect of evidence-based combined with Guipi Decoction in the treatment of patients with blood deficiency fever after total knee arthroplasty.Methods A total of 67 patients with fever after total knee arthroplasty admitted to Zibo Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from March 2019 to October 2022 were selected as the research objects.According to different treatment methods,they were divided into observation group(n=33)and control group(n=34).The control group was treated with routine postoperative fever,and the observation group was treated with evidence-based combined with Guipi Decoction on the basic of control group.The traditional Chinese medicine symptom scores,treatment effects,body temperature recovery time,hospitalization time after fever,and platelets were compared between the two groups.Re⁃sults After treatment,the traditional Chinese medicine symptom scores of the two groups were significantly improved,and the score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the observation group was 93.94%(31/33),which was higher than 79.41%(27/34)of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=18.686,P<0.05).The body temperature recorery time and hospitalization time after fever of the observation group were shorter than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(both P<0.05).After treatment,the platelet level in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The treatment of patients with blood deficiency fever after total knee arthroplasty with evidence-based combined with Guipi Decoction can effectively improve the symptoms of patients,improve the treatment effect,reduce the hospitalization time and improve the prognosis.
