益气活血方联合倍他司汀治疗后循环缺血性眩晕的临床价值分析

摘　　要：目的探讨分析益气活血方联合倍他司汀治疗后循环缺血性眩晕的临床价值。方法选取2022年2月—2023年1月山东省滕州市中医医院收治的103例后循环缺血性眩晕患者为研究对象,根据不同治疗方案分为对照组(n=51)、观察组(n=52)。对照组行倍他司汀治疗,观察组行益气活血方和倍他司汀联合治疗。对比两组临床疗效、中医证候积分、椎基底动脉血流速度及血流变学指标。结果观察组治疗总有效率为94.23%(49/52),高于对照组的80.39%(41/51),差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.471,P<0.05)。观察组目眩耳鸣、头晕头痛、失眠多梦评分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。观察组椎基底动脉和椎动脉舒张期、收缩期血流速度均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。观察组全血高切黏度、全血低切黏度、血浆黏度均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。结论益气活血方联合倍他司汀治疗可进一步改善后循环缺血性眩晕患者临床症状及椎基底动脉血流速度。Objective To explore and analyze the clinical value of Yiqi Huoxue Formula combined with betahistine in the treatment of posterior circulation ischemic vertigo.Methods A total of 103 patients with posterior circulation ischemic vertigo admitted to Tengzhou Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital from February 2022 to January 2023 were selected as the research objects.According to different treatment schemes,they were divided into control group(n=51)and observation group(n=52).The control group was treated with betahistine,and the observation group was treated with Yiqi Huoxue Formula combined with betahistine.The clinical efficacy,Traditional Chinese Medicine syndrome score,vertebrobasilar artery blood flow velocity and hemorheology indexes of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 94.23%(49/52),which was higher than 80.39%(41/51)of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=4.471,P<0.05).The scores of dizziness and tinnitus,dizziness and headache,insomnia and dreaminess in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).The diastolic and systolic blood flow velocities of vertebrobasilar artery and vertebral artery in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).The whole blood high shear viscosity,whole blood low shear viscosity and plasma viscosity in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).Conclusion Yiqi Huoxue Formula combined with betahistine treatment can further improve the clinical symptoms and vertebrobasilar artery blood flow velocity in patients with posterior circulation ischemic vertigo.
