经脐单孔腹腔镜治疗子宫肌瘤的临床运用效果分析

摘　　要：目的 探讨对子宫肌瘤患者展开经脐单孔腹腔镜治疗的临床效果分析。方法 回顾性选取2023年1月—2024年3月遵义市妇幼保健院收治的80例子宫肌瘤患者的临床资料。按手术入路的不同将患者分为对照组(n=50)和研究组(n=30)。对照组采取多孔腹腔镜治疗,研究组采用经脐单孔腹腔镜治疗。比较两组子宫肌瘤患者的治疗总有效率、手术时间、术中出血量、住院时间、术后恢复情况、瘢痕自我评分。结果 两组治疗总有效率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。两组手术时间、术中出血量、住院时间比较,差异无统计学意义(P均>0.05)。研究组首次下床活动时间、肛门排气时间、切口美观度优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。研究组瘢痕自我评分为(8.29±1.25)分,低于对照组的(22.25±5.35)分,差异有统计学意义(t=13.917,P<0.05)。结论 多孔与经脐单孔腹腔镜治疗子宫肌瘤患者的疗效相当,但经脐单孔腹腔镜治疗可改善术后恢复情况。Objective To explore the clinical effect of transumbilical single port laparoscopic treatment for patients with uterine fibroids.Methods The clinical data of 80 patients with uterine fibroids admitted to Zunyi Maternal and Child Health Hospital from January 2023 to March 2024 were retrospectively selected.According to the different surgical approaches,the patients were divided into control group(n=50)and study group(n=30).The control group was treated with porous laparoscopy,and the study group was treated with transumbilical single-port laparoscopy.The total effective rate,operation time,intraoperative blood loss,hospitalization time,postoperative recovery and Patient and Observer Scar Assessment Scale were compared between the two groups of patients with uterine fibroids.Results There was no statistically significant difference in the total effective rate between the two groups(P>0.05).There were no statistically significant differences in operation time,intraoperative blood loss and hospitalization time between the two groups(all P>0.05).The first time to get out of bed,anal exhaust time,incision aesthetics of the study group were better than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).The Patient and Observer Scar Assessment Scale score of the study group was(8.29±1.25)points,which was lower than(22.25±5.35)points of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(t=13.917,P<0.05).Conclusion The curative effect of laparoscopic treatment of uterine fibroids is similar to that of transumbilical single-port laparoscopic treatment,but transumbilical single-port laparoscopic treatment can improve postoperative recovery.
