摘  要:目的对比使用牙科显微镜结合超声技术进行根管再治疗与传统根管再治疗方法的效果。方法选取2021年1月—2023年12月苏州卫生职业技术学院附属口腔医院收治的80例接受根管再治疗的患者为研究对象,以治疗方法的不同分为两组,各40例。对照组实施常规治疗,观察组实施显微镜结合超声技术进行根管再治疗。比较两组临床疗效、数字评价量表(Numerical Rating Scale,NRS)评分、临床症状缓解时间及并发症发生情况。结果观察组治疗总有效率为97.50%(39/40),高于对照组的77.50%(31/40),差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=5.600,P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组NRS评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组牙体组织缺缓解时间、感觉过敏缓解时间及疼痛缓解时间均短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。观察组并发症总发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论根管再治疗中,牙科显微镜结合超声技术可提高临床治疗成功率,减轻患者术后疼痛和不适感,缩短疗程,降低并发症发生率。Objective To compared efficacy of root canal retreatment using dental microscope combined with ultrasound technology and traditional root canal therapy.Methods A total of 80 patients who received root canal retreatment in Suzhou Health Vocational and Technical College Affiliated Stomatological Hospital from January 2021 to December 2023 were selected as the research objects.They were divided into two groups according to different treatment methods,with 40 cases in each group.The control group was treated with routine treatment,and the observation group was treated with microscope combined with ultrasound technology for root canal retreatment.The clinical efficacy,Numerical Rating Scale(NRS)score,clinical symptom relief time and complications were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was 97.50%(39/40),which was higher than 77.50%(31/40)in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=5.600,P<0.05).After treatment,the NRS score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The tooth tissue deficiency relief time,sensory allergy relief time and pain relief time in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).The total incidence of complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion In root canal retreatment,dental microscope combined with ultrasound technology can improve the success rate of clinical treatment,reduce postoperative pain and discomfort,shorten the duration of treatment,and reduce the incidence of complications.
