摘  要:随着全球化贸易的不断深入,食品安全问题日益受到各国重视。食品中微生物限量标准作为保障食品安全的重要手段,其科学性和合理性直接关系公众健康和国际贸易的顺利进行。本文旨在对比分析我国与新加坡在食品中微生物限量标准方面的异同,探讨两国在标准制定、食品种类、检验项目及限量值等方面的差异,并提出相应的进出口应对策略,以期为我国食品进出口企业提供参考和指导。With the deepening of global trade,food safety has become an increasingly prominent issue that countries around the world are attaching great importance to.Microbial limits in food,as an important means of ensuring food safety,directly affect public health and the smooth progress of international trade with their scientific validity and reasonableness.This paper aims to conduct a comparative analysis of the similarities and differences between China and Singapore's microbial limits in food.It examines the differences between the two countries in terms of standard formulation,food categories,inspection items,and limit values.Corresponding strategies for food import and export are then proposed,in the hope of providing a reference and guidance for Chinese food import and export enterprises.
