摘  要:对634份学历继续教育成人学生混合学习问卷进行描述统计、聚类分析、回归分析和多重中介模型研究,探讨了混合学习环境的建设、类型特征及其对学生学习效果的影响。结果显示,在当下的混合学习环境中,“硬资源”较为充足,但“软资源”尚未满足大多数学生的需求。此外,学习环境呈现出优质型、技术型、资源型、反馈型四种类型,其中,多维发展的优质学习环境对学习效果有着显著的促进作用。进一步的分析表明,优质学习环境通过提高课程满意度和自主学习能力,能够显著提升学习效果。因此,建议树立多维发展观念,改变教师教学习惯,利用新技术和教育策略,设计创新教学方案,更好地满足成人学生个性化学习需求。This paper conducts the research of descriptive statistics,cluster analysis,regression analysis,and multiple mediation model on 634 questionnaires of adult students’blended learning in academic continuing education,and discusses the construction and type characteristics of blended learning environment,and its impact on students’learning outcomes.The results indicate that“hard resources”are relatively abundant,but“soft resources”have not yet met the needs of most students in the current blended learning environment.Additionally,this paper identifies four types of learning environments:high-quality,technology-driven,resource-based and feedback-oriented.Among them,a multi-dimensional development of high-quality learning environment has a significant role in promoting the learning outcomes.Further analysis shows that high-quality learning environment can significantly improve learning outcomes by improving course satisfaction and autonomous learning ability.Therefore,it is recommended to establish a multi-dimensional deve-lopment concept,change teachers’teaching habits,use new technologies and educational strategies,and design innovative teaching plans to better meet the individualized learning needs of adult students.
