摘 要:运用氧化还原反应原理,采用三氯化铁-乙酸钠溶液浸取钢包渣改质剂中的金属铝,再以重铬酸钾标准溶液滴定被金属铝置换出来的Fe^(2+)。根据重铬酸钾标准溶液的消耗体积,计算得出金属铝的含量。方法研究了浸取试剂及用量、样品粒度、浸取温度和时间以及空白值等因素的影响。按照试验方法测定样品中金属铝含量,检测结果的相对标准偏差在0.83%~1.23%之间,回收率在96.6%~102.8%之间,检测方法稳定、测定结果准确。Using the principle of oxidation-reduction reaction,the metal aluminum in the ladle slag modifier is leached using ferric chloride sodium acetate solution,and then the Fe^(2+)replaced by the metal aluminum is titrated with potassium dichromate standard solution.Calculate the content of metallic aluminum based on the consumed volume of potassium dichromate standard solution.The method studied the effects of factors such as extraction reagents and dosage,sample particle size,extraction temperature and time,and blank value.According to the experimental method,the content of metallic aluminum in the sample was determined.The relative standard deviation of the detection results was between 0.83%and 1.23%,and the recovery rate was between 96.6%and 102.8%.The detection method was stable and the measurement results were accurate.
