摘　　要：国有企业在中国经济中扮演着重要的角色,虽然经过几轮深刻有力的改革取得了很大成效,但依然面临着治理体系和治理能力等方面的挑战。国有企业的治理体系和治理能力现代化对中国经济的发展至关重要,不仅可以提高国企的竞争力,还有助于实现更高效的资源配置,推动创新、促进可持续发展。此外,国有企业作为国家重要资产,其现代化治理也有助于维护国家利益和国际竞争力。State-owned enterprises play an important role in China's economy.Although great achievements have been made through several rounds of profound and powerful reform actions,they still face challenges in governance system and governance capacity.The modernization of governance system and governance capacity of state-owned enterprises is very important to the economic development of China,which can not only improve the competitiveness of state-owned enterprises,but also help to realize more efficient resource allocation,promote innovation and promote sustainable development.In addition,as an important national asset,the modern governance of state-owned enterprises is also helpful to safeguard national interests and international competitiveness.
