摘　　要：新时期,国有企业档案工作发生新变革,为适应需要,档案管理人员素质要求也日益提升。本文在分析国有企业档案工作新变革、档案管理人员素质提升要求的基础上,探讨国有企业档案人员素质提升策略,旨在促进国有企业档案管理水平的不断提高,进一步提升国有企业档案人员的专业知识水平和业务能力。In the new era,there have been new changes in the archival work of state-owned enterprises,and in order to meet the needs,the quality requirements for archival management personnel are also increasing.On the basis of analyzing the new changes in the archival work of state-owned enterprises and the requirements for improving the quality of archival management personnel,this article explores strategies for improving the quality of archival personnel in state-owned enterprises,aiming to promote the continuous improvement of the level of archival management in state-owned enterprises and further enhance the professional knowledge and business capabilities of archival personnel in state-owned enterprises.
