侦查学专业博士研究生科研能力培养路径

摘　　要：侦查学专业博士研究生面临“写什么”与“怎么写”两大科研困境,具体表现在理论研究视角狭窄、提炼理论问题的意识不足、课程对科研能力培养效果有限、科研资料获取能力欠缺、学术论文写作能力不足、科研交流能力不足六个方面。困境成因在于理论研究与实务操作、侦查法学与侦查对策学、过程把控与结果导向三个维度存在矛盾冲突。对此,应当明确侦查学专业博士生理论研究的定位与方向,优化侦查学专业科研能力培养的课程体系,建立健全科研能力培养的过程把控机制。Doctoral candidates majoring in criminal investigation face two major research dilemmas,that is“what to write”and“how to write.”,these dilemmas manifest in six aspects specifically,such as narrow perspectives in theoretical research,insufficient awareness of refining theoretical issues,limited effectiveness of coursework in fostering research abilities,inadequate capabilities in acquiring research materials,lack of academic writing skills,and poor research communication skills.The root causes lie in conflicts among theoretical research and practical operation,criminal investigation law and investigative countermeasures,as well as process control and result orientation.In response,it is imperative to clarify the positioning and direction of theoretical research for doctoral candidates majoring in criminal investigation,optimize the curriculum system for fostering their research abilities,and establish and improve a process control mechanism for research ability cultivation.
