摘　　要：本文报道湘雅常德医院收治的1例合并10 cm长条纵行溃疡经手术病理明确诊断的罕见隐源性多灶性溃疡性狭窄性小肠炎病例,并且就其临床病理学特点及与其他小肠溃疡性疾病的鉴别诊断进行讨论,以加深临床及病理医师对该疾病的认识。This article reported a rare case of cryptogenic multifocal ulcerous stenotic enteritis with 10 cm long longitudinal ulcer diagnosed by surgery and pathology in Xiangya Changde Hospital,and discussed its clinicopathological characteristics and differential diagnosis with other small intestinal ulcer diseases,in order to deepen the clinical and pathologists'understanding of the disease.
