摘  要:肝衰竭在我国较为常见,发病机制复杂,临床治疗困难,预后差,并且发病率和病死率呈上升趋势。免疫状态是影响肝衰竭预后的重要因素。白细胞介素是分泌型淋巴细胞因子家族,可与包括免疫细胞在内的多种细胞类型相互作用。这些信号分子在信息传递中起着重要作用,例如,调节免疫细胞,介导T细胞和B细胞的活化、增殖和分化,调节炎症反应等。目前,许多研究探讨了白细胞介素表达与肝衰竭预后的相关性。而本文侧重于IL-21、IL-22作为预后生物标志物的潜在用途。总结了两种容易忽视但具有前途的诊断性白细胞介素生物标志物的报道,这些生物标志物可预测对肝衰竭的易感性。使用生物标志物了解早期预后有助于制定不同的治疗措施并提高患者的生存率。同时,这对攻克肝衰竭疑难的发病机制和未来临床前的研究十分重要。Liver failure is relatively common in China,with complex pathogenesis,difficult clinical treatment,poor prognosis,and an increasing incidence rate and mortality.Immune status is an important factor affecting the prognosis of liver failure.Interleukin is a secreted lymphocyte factor family that can interact with various cell types,including immune cells.These signaling molecules play important roles in information transmission,such as regulating immune cells,mediating the activation,proliferation,and differentiation of T and B cells,and regulating inflammatory responses.Currently,many studies have explored the correlation between interleukin expression and the prognosis of liver failure.This article focused on the potential use of IL-21,IL-22 as prognostic biomarkers.Two easily overlooked but promising diagnostic biomarkers for interleukin have been summarized,which can predict susceptibility to liver failure.Using biomarkers to understand early prognosis can help develop different treatment strategies and improve patients'survival rates.Meanwhile,this is crucial for tackling the difficult pathogenesis of liver failure and future preclinical research.
