摘  要:为了探究夜间不同光照度对灰茶尺蠖生物学特性的影响,为茶园科学应用灯光防治害虫提供参考,本研究设置LED灯光6个光照度(分别为40 lx、80 lx、120 lx、160 lx、200 lx和240 lx)处理和1个白色自然光(150~200 lx)对照,观察记录不同光照对灰茶尺蠖幼虫发育历期、存活率、化蛹率、单蛹重、羽化率、成虫发育历期及产卵的影响。结果显示,与对照相比6个光照度对灰茶尺蠖各龄期幼虫发育历期均有不同程度的影响,其中240 lx光照度处理下发育总历期最短;240 lx光照度处理下5龄幼虫存活率最低,羽化率显著低于对照;光照处理对雄成虫寿命影响较雌成虫显著;随着光照度增加,灰茶尺蠖雌成虫产卵历期逐渐缩短、产卵量不断减少。本研究结果表明,茶园在夜间增加适宜波长光照射可扰乱灰茶尺蠖正常生长历期,抑制其种群发展速度,有效减轻灰茶尺蠖危害。To investigate the effects of different light intensities at night on the biological characteristics of Ectropis grisescens Warren,and to provide a reference for the scientific application of light to control pests in tea gardens,this study set six light intensities(40 lx,80 lx,120 lx,160 lx,200 lx and 240 lx)and one white natural light(150-200 lx)control.The effects of different light intensities on larval development,survival rate,pupation rate,single pupa weight,emergence rate,adult development period and oviposition of E.grisescens were observed.The results showed that compared with the control,six light intensities had different effects on the development duration of E.grisescens larvae in every instar.Under 240 lx illumination treatment,the total developmental period of E.grisescens was the shortest,the survival rate of 5th instar larvae was the lowest,and the emergence rate was significantly lower than that of the control.The effect of light intensity on the longevity of male adults was more significant than that of female adults.With the increase of light intensity,the oviposition duration of female adults of E.grisescens was gradually shortened,and the oviposition amount was continuously reduced.The results of this study indicated that increasing the irradiation of light with appropriate wavelengths at night in tea garden could disturb the normal growth period of E.grisescens,restrain the development speed of its population,and effectively reduce the occurrence of E.grisescens.
