摘　　要：在建设创新型国家战略背景下,如何提高我国高校研究生知识创新能力是十分重要的课题。首先分析了提高大气科学专业学术型研究生知识创新能力的必要性,然后分析了沈阳农业大学大气科学专业研究生创新能力培养方面的不足,分别从教学模式和教学方式改革、课程结构和课程内容设置、创新环境优化、研究生综合考核和导师队伍建设等方面进行了一系列的改革和探索,以培养适应和引领未来发展的高素质气象人才,提高气象教育和人才培养中的创新能力。Under the guidance of the strategy of building an innovative country,how to enhance the knowledge innovation ability of postgraduates in Chinese universities is a very important topic.This paper first analyzes the necessity of improving the knowledge innovation ability of academic postgraduates in the major of Atmospheric science,and then summarizes the current problems in training of the postgraduate's innovation ability in Shenyang Agricultural University.Lastly,several reforms including the teaching model and method,course structure and content,innovation environment,comprehensive assessment system and tutor team are proposed,in order to cultivate high-quality meteorological talents who can lead future development,and improve the quality of meteorological education and talent cultivation.
