摘 要:目的:探讨虚拟仿真联合近实时网络交互是否可以有效提高留学生急诊技能水平。方法:选取安徽医科大学60名来华攻读医学全科学士(MBBS)留学生作为研究对象,将其随机分为实验组和对照组,每组各30人。实验组学生接受为期4周的虚拟仿真技术与近实时网络交互相结合的技能技能培训,对照组学生接受为期4周的虚拟仿真技术的急诊技能培训。观察两组学生在急诊技能评估中的数据,主要指标包括急诊技能的准确性、合理性和人文关怀得分,次要指标包括自信心、学习主动性和参与度。结果:实验组学生急诊技能准确性、人文关怀、自信心、参与度平均得分高于对照组,差异有计统计学意义(t=2.08、3.93、2.97、2.52,P<0.05);两组学生急诊技能合理性、学习主动性平均得分比较,差异无统计学意义(t=0.92、1.10,P>0.05)。结论:虚拟仿真联合近实时网络交互可以有效提高留学生的急诊技能水平,有望成为急诊医学教育的有效辅助工具。Objective:To investigate whether virtual simulation combined with near real-time network interaction can effectively improve the emergency medical skills of international medical students.Methods:60 medical students were recruited and randomly assigned to either the experimental group or the control group,with 30 students in each group.The experimental group underwent a 4-week training program that combined virtual simulation technology with near real-time network interaction for emergency medical skills,while the control group received emergency medical skills training solely through virtual simulation technology.After the training,the differences between the two groups were compared based on the evaluation of emergency medical skills performance.The primary outcome measures included performance in emergency medical skills training and standardized simulated patient scenarios,while secondary outcome measures included self-reported confidence,motivation and engagement.Results:The average scores of accuracy of emergency skills,humanistic care,self-confidence and participation of students in the experimental group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(t=2.08,3.93,2.97,2.52;P<0.05).However,the average scores of rationality of emergency skills and learning initiative of students in the two groups were compared.The difference was not statistically significant(t=0.92,1.10;P>0.05).Conclusion:Virtual simulation combined with near real-time network interaction can effectively enhance the emergency medical skills of international medical students,making it a promising adjunct tool in emergency medical education.
