摘　　要：目的:分析食管癌放疗患者癌症复发恐惧水平的影响因素。方法:选取2020年5月—2021年12月样本医院收治的食管癌放疗患者作为研究对象。采用一般资料调查表、恐惧疾病进展简化量表(FoP-Q-SF)、简易疾病感知问卷(BIPQ)、社会支持评定量表(SSRS)进行调查。采用多重线性回归分析影响因素。结果:157例食管癌放疗患者FoP-Q-SF总分为(37.56±7.21)分,≥34分的患者共102例(64.97%);相关性分析显示,患者FoP-Q-SF总分与BIPQ总分呈正相关(r=0.452,P<0.001),患者SSRS总分为(39.57±6.23)分,FoP-Q-SF总分与SSRS总分呈负相关(r=-0.531,P<0.001);多重线性回归结果显示,年龄、疾病感知、临床分期、社会支持是食管癌放疗患者癌症复发恐惧的影响因素(t=-6.337、5.656、5.062、-5.239,P<0.05)。结论:食管癌放疗患者癌症复发恐惧水平较高,疾病感知、社会支持等均可影响患者癌症复发恐惧,临床应据此制定个体化措施,以降低患者癌症复发恐惧。Objective:To analyze the influencing factors of the fear level of cancer recurrence in patients with radiotherapy for esophageal cancer.Methods:Patients treated with radiotherapy for esophageal cancer in the hospital from May 2020 to December 2021 were selected as the study objects.The general information questionnaire,the Fear of Disease Progression Simplified Scale(FoP-Q-SF),the Brief Illness Perception Questionnaire(BIPQ),and the Social Support Rating Scale(SSRS)were used to investigate.Multiple linear regression was used to analyze the influencing factors.Results:The total FoP-Q-SF score of 157 patients with esophageal cancer radiotherapy was(37.56±7.21),and 102 patients(64.97%)had a score of≥34.Correlation analysis showed that the total score of FoP-Q-SF was positively correlated with the total score of BIPQ(r=0.452,P<0.001),the total score of SSRS was(39.57±6.23),and the total score of FoP-Q-SF was negatively correlated with the total score of SSRS(r=-0.531,P<0.001).The results of multiple linear regression showed that age,disease perception,clinical stage and social support were the influencing factors of cancer recurrence fear in patients with esophageal cancer radiotherapy(t=-6.337,5.656,5.062,-5.239;P<0.05).Conclusion:Patients with radiotherapy for esophageal cancer have a high level of fear of cancer recurrence,and disease perception and social support can affect patients’fear of cancer recurrence.Therefore,individualized measures should be developed to reduce patients’fear of cancer recurrence.
