艾司奥美拉唑联合八段锦在慢性胃炎治疗中的应用

摘　　要：目的:分析艾司奥美拉唑联合八段锦在慢性胃炎治疗中的应用。方法:选取2022年1月—2023年1月潮州市人民医院收治的120例慢性胃炎患者。随机将其均分对照组和观察组,各60例。对照组给予艾司奥美拉唑,观察组在对照组基础上给予八段锦。比较两组治疗后临床疗效,治疗前后中医症状积分,相关指标。结果:观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组胃脘疼痛、脘腹胀满、嗳气、泛吐酸水积分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组复发率、再服药率均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:艾司奥美拉唑联合八段锦应用在慢性胃炎疾病治疗中效果显著,可改善其症状积分,明显降低患者症状复发及再服药情况。Objective:To analyze the application of Esomeprazole combined with Baduanjin in the treatment of chronic gastritis.Method:A total of 120 patients with chronic gastritis admitted to Chaozhou People's Hospital from January 2022 to January 2023 were selected.They were randomly divided into control group and observation group,60 cases in each group.The control group was given Esomeprazole,and the observation group was given Baduanjin based on the control group.The clinical efficacy after treatment,traditional Chinese medicine symptom scores before and after treatment and related indexes were compared between the two groups.Result:The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the scores of epigastric pain,epigastric fullness,belching and acid vomiting in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The recurrence rate and remedication rate of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Esomeprazole combined with Baduanjin has a remarkable effect in the treatment of chronic gastritis,which can improve the symptom score and significantly reduce the recurrence of symptoms and remedication condition of patients.
