摘　　要：雷替曲塞是一种胸苷酸合成酶抑制剂,对食管癌、结肠癌、恶性胸膜间皮瘤及胃癌等多种实体肿瘤具有抗癌作用,具有给药时间短、用药间隔长、不良反应小、多种给药途径等优点。雷替曲塞在胃癌治疗领域中不仅可以全身静脉用药,还可用于腹腔热灌注治疗腹膜转移以及经导管肝动脉化疗栓塞治疗肝转移瘤等。此外,还可作为氟尿嘧啶类药物相关心脏毒性胃癌治疗的替代方案。Raltitrexed is a thymidylate synthase inhibitor with anti-cancer effect on various solid tumors including esophageal cancer,colon cancer,malignant pleural mesothelioma,and gastric cancer,which has advantages of short administration time,long medication interval,minimal adverse reactions and multiple administration routes.It can be applied for systemic intravenous medication in treatment of gastric cancer,and for peritoneal metastasis treated with intraperitoneal thermal perfusion,and liver metastases treated with transcatheter hepatic artery chemoembolization.Moreover,it can be an alternative for fluorouracil related cardiotoxic gastric cancer.
