摘　　要：目的分析咖啡酸片治疗肿瘤化疗所致血小板减少症(CIT)的应用效果。方法选取2022年5月—2023年5月本院68例因肿瘤化疗引发的CIT患者进行研究,用随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,每组34例。其中,对照组行GP方案化疗,观察组对照组基础上联合咖啡酸片治疗,比较两组临床疗效。结果观察组的化疗后1w、2w血小板(PLT)数目和治疗有效率均明显高于对照组,化疗后1w、2w中性粒细胞数目、CIT持续时间、PLT输注量、PLT最低值和PLT恢复时间均明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论给予肿瘤化疗所致CIT患者咖啡酸片治疗能有效提升血小板水平,降低中性粒细胞含量,促使CIT尽快恢复,具有推广价值。Objective To analyze application effect of caffeic acid tablets in treatment of tumor patients with chemotherapy-induced thrombocytopenia(CIT).Methods The paper chose 68 tumor patients with CIT in our hospital from May 2022 to May 2023,and divided them into control group of 34 cases evenly with random number table method,treated with GP chemotherapy,and observation group of 34 cases,with combined treatment of caffeic acid tablets.Clinical effect between two groups was compared.Results Number of platelets(PLT)and treatment effective rate in observation group were significantly higher than control group at 1 and 2 weeks after chemotherapy.Number of neutrophils,CIT duration,PLT infusion volume,minimum PLT value and PLT recovery time in observation group were significantly lower than control group at 1 and 2 weeks after chemotherapy(P<0.05).Conclusion Caffeic acid tablets can increase platelet levels,reduce content of neutrophils,and promote rapid recovery of tumor patients with chemotherapy-induced thrombocytopenia effectively,which has promotional value.
