急性闭角型青光眼对侧眼青光眼治疗的临床效果观察

摘　　要：目的分析急性闭角型青光眼对侧眼青光眼治疗的临床疗效。方法选取2018年1月—2023年1月在本院进行急性闭角型青光眼对侧眼青光眼治疗的患者60例为研究对象,并采用信封法将患者分为了观察组以及对照组,每组30例。其中,观察组对侧眼青光眼应用小梁切除术+后房型人工晶体植入术,对照组对侧眼青光眼应用小梁切除术。并对观察组以及对照组的治疗效果进行分析和对比。结果治疗后,观察组前方深度、眼压改善幅度优于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组并发症发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论对急性闭角型青光眼对侧眼青光眼患者应用小梁切除术+后房型人工晶体植入术,能有效减少患者的并发症,患者的前方深度以及眼压等指标都得到了有效缓解,效果显著高于单纯使用小梁切除手术。Objective To analyze clinical effect of acute angle closure glaucoma in treatment of contralateral glaucoma.Methods The paper chose 60 acute angle closure glaucoma patients with contralateral eye treatment in our hospital from January 2018 to January 2023,and divided them into observation group and control group with envelope method,with 30 cases in observation group and 30 cases in control group.Observation group was treated with trabeculectomy and posterior chamber foldable intraocular lens implantation,and control group with trabeculectomy for glaucoma in the contralateral eye.Curative effect of observation group and control group was analyzed and compared.Results After treatment,the improvement of anterior depth and IOP in the observation group was better than that in the control group(P<0.05).The complication rate of observation group was lower than that of control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Trabeculectomy combined with posterior chamber foldable intraocular lens implantation can reduce complications of patients with acute angle closure glaucoma and contralateral glaucoma effectively,relieve anterior depth and intraocular pressure of patients effectively,with significantly higher effect than trabeculectomy only.
