摘 要:目的了解扬州市苏北人民医院成人血清25-羟基维生素D水平,探究血清25-羟基维生素D水平在不同年龄、性别、季节的差异原因,提出适合当地人群的维生素D补充方案。方法分别从性别、年龄、季节三个方面回顾性分析本院2018年1月—2022年11月16044例成人血清25-羟基维生素D检测结果。该指标采用罗氏电化学发光免疫分析仪检测。结果16044例成人血清25-羟基维生素D平均为20.29(14.73,26.78)ng/mL。充足率为16.5%(2643例),不足率为30.5%(4893例),缺乏率为53%(8508例)。男性血清25-羟基维生素D水平为22.48(16.16,29.87)ng/mL,女性血清25-羟基维生素D平均为19.35(14.15,25.30)ng/mL。在不同年龄组中,血清25-羟基维生素D水平最高的是老年组,平均为20.61(14.57,27.46)ng/mL,最低的是青年组,平均为17.03(12.65,22.99)ng/mL。秋季血清25-羟基维生素D水平最高,冬季最低。以上各组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论扬州地区成人血清25-羟基维生素D水平普遍偏低,充足率仅为16.5%,按照性别、年龄、季节进行统计,女性组、青年组、冬季组的血清25-羟基维生素D更低。应加强对青年群体、女性群体维生素D水平的检测和维生素D的补充。Objective To understand serum 25 hydroxyvitamin D levels of adults in Subei People's Hospital of Yangzhou City,explore reasons for difference of serum 25 hydroxyvitamin D levels of different ages,genders and seasons,and propose a vitamin D supplementation plan suitable for local population.Methods The paper reviewed and analyzed serum 25 hydroxyvitamin D test result of 16044 adults in our hospital from January 2018 to November 2022,which was detected with Roche electrochemiluminescence immunoassay analyzer based on gender,age and season.Results Serum levels of 25-hydroxyvitamin D of 16044 adults were 20.29(14.73,26.78)ng/mL,with adequacy rate of 16.5%(2643 cases),deficiency rate of 30.5%(4893 cases)and deficiency rate of 53%(8508 cases).Serum level of 25-hydroxyvitamin D in males was 22.48(16.16,29.87)ng/mL,that of female was 19.35(14.15,25.30)ng/mL.Among different age groups,the elderly group had the highest serum 25 hydroxyvitamin D level at 20.61(14.57,27.46)ng/mL,while the youth group had the lowest level at 17.03(12.65,22.99)ng/mL.serum 25 hydroxyvitamin D level was the highest in autumn and lowest in winter,difference was statistically significant.Conclusion Serum levels of 25 hydroxyvitamin D in adults in Yangzhou area are generally low,with adequacy rate of only 16.5%.After statistical analysis based on gender,age and season,serum levels of 25 hydroxyvitamin D in female group,youth group,and winter group are lower.It is necessary to strengthen detection of vitamin D levels and supplementation of vitamin D of young and female populations.
