阿立哌唑与利培酮治疗首发精神分裂症患者的效果及对血脂代谢的影响

摘　　要：目的分析阿立哌唑与利培酮治疗首发精神分裂症患者的效果及对血脂代谢的影响。方法选取本院收治的50例精神分裂症患者,随机分为两组,其中25例应用利培酮治疗的患者设为对照组,另外25例采用阿立哌唑治疗的患者设为观察组,对比两组治疗总有效率、治疗前、后APGAR评分、BPRS评分、IPROS评分改善情况及血脂(TC、TG、HDL-C、LDL-C)水平改善情况。结果观察组总有效率低于对照组,但差异有统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗前,两组TC、TG、HDL、LDL等血脂水平相比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,TC、TG、LDL水平均出现了明显升高,HDL水平显著下降,且观察组TC、TG、HDL-C、LDL-C等血脂水平升高/下降幅度显著小于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组患者APGAR评分、BPRS评分、IPROS评分相比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,APGAR评分、BPRS评分、IPROS评分均显著改善(P<0.05),且两组APGAR评分、BPRS评分、IPROS评分相比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论阿立哌唑治疗首发精神分裂症患者的效果与利培酮相当,而阿立哌唑能明显降低对血脂代谢的影响,是一种安全高效的治疗药物。Objective To analyze effect of aripiprazole and risperidone for first-episode schizophrenia patients and its effect on lipid metabolism.Methods The paper chose 50 patients with schizophrenia in our hospital,and divided them into two groups randomly,25 cases in control group were treated with risperidone,and 25 cases in observation group with aripiprazole.Total effective rate,APGAR scores,BPRS scores,IPROS scores improvement and blood lipid(TC,TG,HDL-C,LDL-C)levels were compared between two groups before and after treatment.Results There was no significant difference in total effective rate between observation group(96.00%)and control group(92.00%),(P>0.05).There was no significant difference in blood lipid levels of TC,TG,HDL-C and LDL-C before treatment between two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,levels of TC,TG,and LDL increased significantly,while HDL level decreased significantly.Moreover,increase/decrease in blood lipid levels of TC,TG,HDL-C,and LDL-C in observation group was significantly lower than control group(P<0.05).At the same time,there was no significant difference in APGAR scores,BPRS scores and IPROS scores between two groups before treatment(P>0.05).After treatment,APGAR scores,BPRS scores and IPROS scores were significantly higher,(P<0.05),and there was no significant difference in APGAR scores,BPRS scores and IPROS scores between two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Aripiprazole can achieve similar effect for first-episode schizophrenia with risperidone,can reduce effect on lipid metabolism significantly,which is a safe and efficient curative drug.
