吉西他滨联合阿帕替尼治疗晚期胰腺癌的效果

摘　　要：目的观察吉西他滨联合阿帕替尼治疗晚期胰腺癌的疗效。方法选取2020年11月—2021年12月本院收治的47例晚期胰腺癌患者为研究对象,基于随机数字表法将其分为对照组(23例)和实验组(24例)。对照组采用吉西他滨联合替吉奥治疗,实验组采用吉西他滨联合阿帕替尼治疗,比较两组患者的治疗效果。结果实验组患者治疗后免疫功能、疾病控制率、体能状态以及生活质量均高于对照组(P<0.05)。实验组患者各种毒副反应发生率均低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论晚期胰腺癌患者采用吉西他滨联合阿帕替尼治疗,效果显著优于吉西他滨联合替吉奥治疗效果。Objective To observe effect of gemcitabine combined with apatinib in treatment of advanced pancreatic cancer.Methods The paper chose 47 patients with advanced pancreatic cancer in our hospital from November 2020 to December 2021 as study subjects,and divided them into control group(23 cases treated with gemcitabine combined with tegafur)and experimental group(24 cases,with gemcitabine combined with apatinib)based on number table principle randomly.Curative effect was compared between two groups.Results Immune function,disease control rate,physical fitness status,and life quality of experimental group was higher than control group after treatment,with statistical significance(P<0.05).Incidence of various toxic side reactions in experimental group was lower than control group,difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Gemcitabine combined with apatinib can achieve better effect than gemcitabine combined with tegafur in treatment of advanced pancreatic cancer.
