摘　　要：目的分析原发性蛛网膜下腔出血放射影像的诊断效果。方法选择2020年4月—2021年4月经病理学诊断确诊为原发性蛛网膜下腔出血的患者50例为研究对象,患者均进行CT检查和核磁共振成像(MRI)检查,对比不同检查方法的检出率与诊断费用。结果CT的检出率为82%,MRI的检出率96%(P<0.05);MRI诊断的平均费用明显高于CT检查(P<0.05)。结论MRI诊断原发性蛛网膜下腔出血患者检出率高,方便患者病情评估,临床应用适合推广。Objective To analyze the diagnostic effect of radiography in primary subarachnoid hemorrhage.Methods Fifty patients with primary subarachnoid hemorrhage diagnosed by pathology were selected from our hospital from April 2020 to April 2021.All patients underwent CT examination and MRI examination.The detection rate and diagnostic cost of different examination methods were compared.Results The detection rates of CT and MRI were 82%and 96%respectively(P<0.05).The average cost of MRI diagnosis was significantly higher than that of CT(P<0.05).Conclusion MRI has a high detection rate in patients with primary subarachnoid hemorrhage,which is convenient for the evaluation of patients'condition and suitable for clinical application.
