摘　　要：目的探讨ICU护士谵妄知识训练方案构建与初步实践的效果。方法根据循证方法检索最佳原始文献、临床指南、实践证据,筛选相关文献,依据JBI循证保健中心文献质量评价标准及Johns Hopkins文献质量评价方法对文献进行质量评价,总结证据后,通过证据推荐分级系统及JBI证据预分级对证据进行评价,拟定实施内容初稿,采用德尔菲法将其本土化。结果构建包括2个I级指标、10个Ⅱ级指标、17个Ⅲ级指标的初级方案;最终确定的实践方案中含有4个维度、32个条目。结论以循证护理方法及德尔菲法构建的以护士为主导的ICU谵妄预防实践方案可为临床护理实践提供参考依据。Objective To explore construction delirium knowledge training program for ICU nurses and preliminary practical effect.Methods The paper retrieveed the best original literature,clinical guidelines and practical evidence,screened relevant literature based on evidence-based methods,and evaluate quality of the literature according to literature quality evaluation standards of JBI Evidence Based Health Center and the Johns Hopkins literature quality evaluation method.After summarizing the evidence,evidence was evaluated with the Evidence Recommendation Grading System and JBI Evidence Pre Grading.The paper drafted implementation content and localized it with Delphi method.Results The construction plan included primary plans with 2 Level I,10 LevelⅡand 17 LevelⅢindicators;and final practice plan included 4 dimensions and 32 items.Conclusion Nurse guided ICU delirium prevention practice plan based on evidence-based nursing methods and Delphi method can provide reference for clinical nursing practice.
