摘  要:面向3 He管中子探测器的测量需求,设计了一款前端处理电路,主要由信号成形模块和高压供电模块组成。信号成形模块采用分立元件方法,集成电荷灵敏放大、极零相消、多级滤波、基线恢复等功能电路,实现了信号的快速放大成形,可满足高计数率、微弱信号的测量需求;高压供电模块的核心器件选用国产高压元件,结合外控电压调节电路,为探测器提供合适的偏置高压,在0~2 kV范围内实现线性控制。测试表明,该前端电路输出信号的脉宽小于1μs,电荷测量的动态范围为-100~0 fC,等效输入噪声优于0.25 fC。A front-end circuit was designed to address the measurement requirements of 3 He neutron detector,which mainly consists of a signal shaping module and a high-voltage power supply module.The signal shaping module adopts the distributed elements method and integrates the charge-sensitive preamplifier,pole-zero cancellation,filter,baseline restorer,and other functions.As a result,the module can enable fast amplification and signal shaping,which can be adapted to high count rate testing.The high-voltage power supply module uses a domestic high-voltage component,and can be adjusted by external voltage control circuit,which can continuously and linearly provide voltage of 0-2 kV to the detector.The test results show that the pulse width of the output signal is less than 1μs,the front-end circuit has a charge range of-100-0 fC,and the measured equivalent input noise is below 0.25 fC.
