摘 要:为监测人体睡眠期间的心电信号(ECG),提出了一种可靠且不影响睡眠质量的非接触式心电监测系统。针对人体睡眠翻身的问题,将心电测量电极的负极设计为阵列形式,并配合通道选择电路实现不同体位下无约束的心电监测;针对噪声抑制问题,分析了噪声的来源,并采用模拟滤波电路和数字滤波算法保证了采集信号的质量。通过人体试验对比分析了所设计系统与医用心电测量设备所获取的信号质量。结果表明,所设计的系统能够稳定获取多种睡眠姿势下的心电信号,与参考系统信噪比(SNR)相差5 dB以内。To monitor the electrocardiogram(ECG)signals during human sleep,a reliable and unconstrained non-contact ECG monitoring system is proposed.For the problem of human sleep rolling over,the negative electrodes of the ECG measurement electrodes are designed in the way of array,and the channel selection circuit is used to achieve unconstrained ECG acquisition in different postures.For the problem of noise suppression,the sources of noise are analyzed,and analog filtering circuit and digital filtering algorithm are used to ensure the quality of the acquired signals.The quality of the ECG signals acquired by this system and other medical devices are compared and analyzed by human tests.The results show that the system can stably acquire ECG signals in a variety of sleep postures,and the difference between the signal-to-noise ratio(SNR)and the reference system is within 5 dB.
