摘 要:传统并网逆变器无电压传感器模型预测控制策略易受电网频率偏移和直流偏置的影响,导致电流控制误差较大。为了解决这些问题,提出一种基于滑模观测器和双准谐振滤波器的改进电网电压观测方法,并设计了一种基于电压观测值的并网逆变器无电压传感器模型预测控制策略。设计了一种滑模观测器,以实现电网电压观测。为了克服高频滑模噪声和直流偏置的影响,设计了采用准谐振滤波器代替低通滤波器的电网电压基波信号提取方法,以抑制直流偏置对电网电压观测的影响。针对单个准谐振滤波器易受电网频率偏移影响的问题,进一步提出了基于双准谐振滤波器串联的电网电压相位和幅值补偿方法,从而克服了电网频率偏移的影响。由于所提方法可以提高电网电压观测精度,基于该方法的并网逆变器无电压传感器模型预测控制策略的电流控制精度也得到显著提高。对比实验研究验证了所提方法的有效性。The traditional grid voltage sensorless model predictive control strategy of grid-connected inverter is easily affected by the frequency deviation and DC-offset of power grid,which leads to large current control error.To solve these problems,an improved grid voltage observation method based on sliding mode observer and dual quasi-resonant filter is proposed,and a grid voltage sensorless model predictive control strategy for grid-connected inverter based on observed voltage is designed.A sliding mode observer is de⁃signed to realize grid voltage observation.In order to overcome the influence of high-frequency sliding mode noise and DC-offset,a grid voltage fundamental signal extraction method using quasi-resonant filter instead of low-pass filter is designed to suppress the influence of DC-offset on grid voltage observation.Aiming at the problem that single quasi-resonant filter is easily affected by the frequency deviation of the power grid,a grid voltage phase and amplitude compensation method based on double series-connected quasiresonant filters is further proposed,so as to overcome the influence of power grid frequency deviation.Since the proposed method can improve the grid voltage observation accuracy,the current control accuracy of the grid voltage sensorless model predictive control strategy for grid-connected inverter based on grid voltage observation method is also significantly improved.Comparative experiments verify the effectiveness of the proposed method.
