摘  要:制造业作为国民经济的基础,对于我国经济的发展具有重要作用,“双碳”目标下,全面推行绿色转型是制造业高质量发展的内在要求。然而,当前制造业在绿色转型过程中却面临着体制障碍、资金障碍、技术障碍难题,因此,优化制造业绿色转型策略迫在眉睫。本文基于绿色创新生态系统,分别从宏观国家层面、中观产业层面,微观企业层面指出制造业绿色转型存在的深层障碍,并构建“政府主导-行业协会引导-金融机构支持-企业技术创新-产学研融合-消费理念重塑”为核心的多方驱动机制,旨在发挥多方主体在绿色转型中的协同作用,在互利共生视角下为“双碳”政策的实现提供理论参考。As the foundation of the national economy,the manufacturing industry plays a crucial role in China's economic development.Under the "dual carbon" goals,the comprehensive implementation of green transformation is an inherent requirement for high-quality development in the manufacturing sector.However,the manufacturing industry currently faces several challenges in the green transformation process,including systemic barriers,financial constraints,and technological obstacles.Therefore,optimizing the strategies for green transformation in manufacturing is urgent.This article,based on the green innovation ecosystem,identifies the underlying obstacles to the green transformation of manufacturing at the macro-national level,meso-industry level,and micro-enterprise level.It proposes a multi-stakeholder driving mechanism centered on “government leadership,industry association guidance,financial institution support,enterprise technological innovation,industry-education-research integration,and consumer concepts reshaping”.The aim is to harness the synergistic effect of multiple actors in green transformation,providing a feasible approach from a perspective of mutually beneficial symbiosis to realize the goals of the “dual-carbon” policy.
