摘　　要：本文旨在探讨数字经济时代下经济体制改革的必要性与创新路径。首先文章阐述了数字经济的定义与发展现状,指出数字经济已成为推动全球经济变革的重要力量。其次,文章分析了数字经济时代的特征与挑战,包括核心技术的发展趋势以及数字经济对传统经济模式的冲击,探讨了经济体制改革的必要性,分析了传统经济体制的局限性,并提出了改革的方向与目标。再次,本文详细阐述了数字经济时代下的创新路径,包括技术创新与应用、制度创新、商业模式创新以及人才与教育创新。通过国内外数字经济体制改革成功案例的比较与经验借鉴,文章提炼了成功的要素,并分析了面临的挑战与应对策略。最后,文章提出了面对数字经济时代挑战的对策建议,包括加强国际合作、实施包容性增长策略以及强化数据治理等。This article aims to explore the necessity and innovative path of economic system reform in the era of digital economy.Firstly,the article elaborates on the definition and current development status of digital economy,pointing out that digital economy has become an important force driving global economic transformation.Secondly,the article analyzes the characteristics and challenges in the digital economy era,including the development trend of core technologies and the impact of digital economy on traditional economic models.This article explores the necessity of economic system reform,analyzes the limitations of the traditional economic system,and puts forward the direction and goals of reform.Thirdly,the article elaborates on the innovative path in the era of digital economy,including technological innovation and application,institutional innovation,business model innovation,and talent and education innovation.Through the comparison and experience sharing of successful cases of digital economy system reform at home and abroad,the article refines the successful elements and analyzes the challenges and corresponding strategies.Finally,the article puts forward countermeasures and suggestions to face the challenges of the digital economy era,including strengthening international cooperation,implementing inclusive growth strategies,and strengthening data governance.
