摘  要:使用AVL EXCITE Designer对某四缸柴油机改型成三缸机的曲轴进行扭振分析,得到匹配减振器或仅匹配刚性皮带轮后该轴系扭振的相关参数,进而预判是否需要匹配减振器。同时输出减振器与曲轴、飞轮与曲轴之间的最大总转矩及减振器的最大剪切角,为减振器、飞轮紧固螺栓提供设计边界及判断剪切角是否合理。Crankshaft torsional vibration of three-cylinder engine developed from four-cylinder engine was analyzed by AVL EXCITE Designer.The relevant torsional vibration parameters of the crankshaft matching TVD or rigid pulley were obtained and then prejudgment about whether to match TVD or not were made.The maximum total torque between the TVD and crankshaft,flywheel and crankshaft were analyzed,which providing boundary for the design of TVD and binding bolts of the flywheel.Meanwhile,shear angle was gotten to judge whether it is reasonable.
