摘　　要：目的 构建援潜救生医疗队护理人员胜任力评价指标体系。方法 通过文献分析、工作任务分析、访谈法、Delphi专家咨询法、层次分析法构建援潜救生医疗队护理人员胜任力评价指标体系。结果 两轮函询专家均为23名,问卷回收率均为100%,专家权威系数0.89,Kendall协调系数差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。最终形成包含3个一级指标、9个二级指标、37个三级指标的援潜救生医疗队护理人员胜任力评价指标体系。结论 援潜救生医疗队护理人员胜任力评价指标体系构建过程严谨科学,指标内容全面合理,可靠性好,具有针对性强、可量化的特点,为援潜救生医疗队护理人员胜任力提供了评价标准,为指导援潜救生医疗队护理人员的选拔、培训及考核提供了参考依据。Objective To construct the competency evaluation of nurses in submarine rescue medical teams Methods A competency evaluation indicator system for nurses teams in the submarine rescue medical teams was constructed through literature analysis,job task analysis,interviews,Delphi expert consultation,and analytic hierarchy process.Results Totally 23 experts took part in two rounds of consultation,and the responses of the two rounds of expert consultation were 100%;the authority coefficient was 0.89;the difference of Kendall coefficients of concordance was statistically significant(P<0.05).The final competency evaluation system of nurses in submarine rescue medical teams was proposed of 3 first-level indicators,9 second-level indicators and 37 third-level indicators.Conclusion The construction process of the evaluation system is rigorous and scientific.The content is scientific and reliable.It has the characteristics of strong pertinence and quantification,which provides an evaluation standard for nurses' medical service support ability,and provides a reference basis for guiding the selection,training and assessment of the submarine rescue nursing team.
