摘 要:目的比较iRoot SP配合不同根管充填技术下的根尖封闭性能。方法收集新鲜完整的下颌单根管前磨牙50颗,经根管预备后分为4个实验组(各10颗)和2个对照组(各5颗),选择iRoot SP作为充填糊剂,A组为单尖法充填,B组为携热器将牙胶切断至距根尖孔5 mm后热牙胶回填,C组为携热器将牙胶切断至距根尖孔8 mm后热牙胶回填,D组为纯糊剂组,E组为单牙胶充填后不封闭根尖孔(阳性对照组),F组为流动树脂封闭根管口并封闭根尖孔(阴性对照组)。经过染料渗透实验后,比较iRoot SP配合不同根管充填技术下的根尖微渗漏情况。结果A组和D组的根尖渗漏值大于B组和C组。但这4种充填方法的渗漏值之间的差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论iRoot SP配合4种充填方法均无法彻底封闭根管,单尖法充填和热牙胶垂直加压技术充填的封闭效果差异不显著。Objective This research aimed to compare the apical sealing effect of iRoot SP with different root canal filling techniques.Methods Fifty extracted mandibular single canal premolars were mechanically prepared for root canal treatment.Randomly divided into four experimental groups(n=10)and two control groups(n=5).iRoot SP was used as root canal sealer.Group A was received a single tip filling,group B was cut the gutta 5 mm from the root tip with warm gutta-percha filling,group C was cut the gutta 8 mm from the root tip with warm gutta-percha filling,group D was only received sealer filling,group E was the positive control group with gutts-percha filling without sealing the apical foramen,while Group F was the negative control group with flowable resin sealing both the root canal orifice and the apical foramen.After the dye penetration test,the apical microleakage was compared using different canal obturation techniques with iRoot SP.Results The depths of apical microleakage in groups A and D were higher than groups B and C.However,the differences in apical microleakage depths between the four filling techniques were not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusions It was found that using iRoot SP with the four filling methods could not completely obturate the root canal,and that the obturation effect of the single-tip method and the vertical pressure technique of warm gutta-percha filling was not significantly different.
