醒神益智针刺疗法配合头部重点穴区推拿对孤独症患儿认知功能、语言能力的影响

摘　　要：目的观察醒神益智针刺疗法配合头部重点穴区推拿对孤独症患儿认知功能、语言能力的影响。方法选取2022年10月至2023年10月枣庄市台儿庄区妇幼保健计划生育服务中心收治的82例孤独症患儿,按照随机数字表法分为两组,每组各41例。对照组采用常规训练,观察组在此基础上采用醒神益智针刺疗法联合头部重点穴位推拿。比较两组认知功能及语言能力。结果治疗后,观察组大动作、精细动作、适应能力、语言管理、社交行为、语言表达、语言理解、语言沟通评分分别为(50.32±12.24)、(64.91±13.15)、(55.46±12.02)、(80.95±13.25)、(70.46±12.02)、(46.12±2.02)、(45.23±2.92)、(48.26±2.98)分,均高于对照组的(42.78±10.26)、(59.25±11.77)、(49.33±10.21)、(75.03±11.47)、(64.32±10.24)、(36.53±1.97)、(34.98±2.67)及(37.03±3.82)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对孤独症患儿采用醒神益智针刺疗法配合头部重点穴区推拿治疗,可提高患儿认知功能及语言能力。Objective To observe the effect of wake-up and nootropic acupuncture therapy combined with acupressure at key points of the head on cognitive function and language ability of children with autism.Methods From October 2022 to October 2023,82 children with autism were selected from Maternal and Child Health and Family Planning Service Center of Taierzhuang District,Zaozhuang City,and were divided into two groups by the random number table method,with 41 cases in each group.The control group used routine training,and the observation group used wakeup and nootropic acupuncture therapy combined with acupressure at key points on this basis.The cognitive function and language ability of the two groups were compared.Results After treatment,the scores of gross motor,fine motor,adaptive ability,language management,social behavior,language expression,language understanding and language communication in the observation group were(50.32±12.24),(64.91±13.15),(55.46±12.02),(80.95±13.25),(70.46±12.02),(46.12±2.02),(45.23±2.92),and(48.26±2.98)points,respectively,the scores were higher than those in the control group[(42.78±10.26),(59.25±11.77),(49.33±10.21),(75.03±11.47),(64.32±10.24),(36.53±1.97),(34.98±2.67),and(37.03±3.82)points],the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Wakeup and nootropic acupunctur e therapy combined with acupressure at key points of the head treating childr en with autism can improve the cognitive function and language ability of chil dren.
