摘　　要：综述了近年来开环聚合法制备聚氨基酸的研究进展,主要包括聚氨基酸开环聚合的反应机理、功能化环状聚合单体的制备、高效快速的聚合体系设计与开发等,展望了基于开环聚合的聚氨基酸合成的未来发展方向。This article summarizes the research progress in the preparation of polyaminoacids by ring-opening polymerization in recent years,including the reaction mechanism of ring-opening polymerization of polyaminoacids,the preparation of functionalized cyclic polymerization monomers,the design and development of efficient and rapid polymerization systems.At the same time,the future development direction of synthesis of polyaminoacids based on ring opening polymerization is also discussed.
