摘 要:针对船舶轴系的工作特点,为研究流、固、热耦合作用下驱动轴系可倾瓦推力轴承的润滑特性,本文进行了润滑性能分析模型的建立和性能分析。在对轴承进行基本润滑性能分析的基础之上,增加了考虑热弹变形的推力轴承润滑性能的计算功能。对船舶推进轴系推力轴承进行了考虑热弹变形的推力轴承基本润滑特性分析和瓦块不同参数下的推力轴承热弹变形特性分析。研究结果表明:在相同载荷之下,轴承的变形量随着瓦块厚度的增加而减小;在相同瓦块厚度下,轴承的变形量随着轴承载荷的增加而增大。轻载下轴承的弹性变形小于热变形,且随着瓦块厚度的增加弹性变形减小明显;重载下轴承的弹性变形和热变形均明显大于轻载时,且随着瓦块厚度的增加弹性变形减小明显。According to the working characteristics of the ship shafting,in order to study the thermal elastohydrodynamic lubrication characteristics of the thrust bearing of the drive shafting under the coupling of fluid,solid and heat,the relevant modeling and analysis are carried out.Based on the basic lubrication performance calculation model of thrust bearing,the calculation function of lubrication performance of thrust bearing considering thermoelastic deformation is added.The basic lubrication characteristics of thrust bearing considering thermal elastic deformation and the thermal elastic deformation characteristics of thrust bearing under different parameters of pad are analyzed.The results show that the bearing deformation decreases with the increase of tile thickness under the same load.Under the same tile thickness,the bearing deformation increases with the increase of bearing load.The elastic deformation of the bearing under light load is less than the thermal deformation,and the elastic deformation decreases obviously with the increase of tile thickness.The elastic deformation and thermal deformation of bearing under heavy load are obviously larger than those under light load,and the elastic deformation decreases obviously with the increase of tile thickness.
