摘 要:为了解决目前提出的各种外加电流阴极保护设计方法在同时优化电流和阳极位置时,由于被保护构件几何形状复杂往往陷入局部最优而导致效果欠佳的问题,本文提出了一种改进的模拟退火粒子群算法。传统方法在退火环节中,将每个粒子迭代后都要通过Metropolis规则对全局最优粒子进行替换,本文改进为待所有粒子迭代完毕后,从中选中最优粒子,通过Metropolis规则对全局最优粒子进行替换,这在一定程度的上保护了最优解;将外加电流、电极空间位置合成为一个粒子,运用上述算法进行迭代求解最优方案:阳极的最优位置为[0.3389,3.1551,0.47706,1.1943]、输入电流为[0.09639 A,0.099079 A]。据此计算了船体表面电位分布。结果表明:船体表面电位分布均匀,标准偏差最大为0.0028,最小为0.0014,达到了保护的目的。The various impressed current cathodic protection design methods currently proposed often fall into local optima due to the complex geometric shape of the protected structure,resulting in poor performance when optimizing both current and anode position simultaneously.To address this issue,this paper proposes an improved simulated annealing particle swarm optimization algorithm.The traditional method in the annealing stage involves replacing the globally optimal particles with Metropolis rules after each particle iteration.In this paper,we improve it by selecting the optimal particle from all particles after the iteration is completed,and replacing the globally optimal particle with Metropolis rules.This to some extent protects the optimal solution;Next,the applied current and electrode spatial position are combined into a particle,and the above algorithm is used to iteratively solve the optimal solution as follows:the optimal position of the anode is[0.3389,3.1551,0.47706,1.1943],and the input current is[0.09639 A,0.099079 A].Based on this,the surface potential distribution of the ship was calculated.The results show that the surface potential distribution of the ship is uniform,with a maximum standard deviation of 0.0028 and a minimum of 0.0014,achieving the purpose of protection.
