低温工况下不同类型纯电动汽车充电性能测试研究

摘  要:800V高压平台等技术的发展促进新能源汽车充电性能的提高。文章以不同动力电池类型、不同电压平台的纯电动汽车整车作为研究对象,在不同低温工况下进行整车充电试验。试验结果表明采用三元锂电池的测试车辆的低温充电性能好于采用磷酸铁锂电池的测试车辆(整车电压平台都为400V);采用800V整车电压平台的测试车辆的低温充电性能好于采用400V整车电压平台的测试车辆(整车动力电池都为磷酸铁锂电池)。The development of technologies such as 800V high-voltage platforms has promoted the improvement of charging performance of new energy vehicles.This article takes battery electric vehicles with different types of power batteries and voltage platforms as the research object,and conducts vehicle charging tests under different low temperature conditions.The test results show that the low temperature charging performance of the test vehicle using ternary lithium batteries is better than that of the test vehicle using lithium iron phosphate batteries(the vehicle voltage platforms are all 400V);The low temperature charging performance of the test vehicle using 800V vehicle voltage platform is better than that of the test vehicle using 400V vehicle voltage platform(all vehicle power batteries are lithium iron phosphate batteries).
