摘　　要：电控单元ECU作为电控柴油车的重要零部件,具有多种失效模式,其中最常见的失效模式是ECU接插件进水导致针脚或者PCB板腐蚀,进而导致ECU损坏。文章主要介绍商用车ECU接插件常见的两种防水方式,然后分析接插件进水原因,并总结出ECU接插件线束在制作过程中的防水注意事项,期望能为ECU接插件线束的设计及制作提供参考。ECU as an important component of electronically controlled diesel vehicles,has a variety of failure modes,among which the most common failure mode is that the water in the ECU connector causes the corrosion of pins or PCB board,which leads to the damage of the ECU.This paper mainly introduces two common waterproof methods of commercial vehicle ECU connector,then analyzes the reasons for water inlet of connector,and summarizes the waterproof precautions of ECU connector harness in the production process,hoping to provide a reference for the design and production of ECU connector harness.
