摘 要:利用改进的综合热力学模型和盐湖卤水等温蒸发过程模型,对硫酸镁亚型盐湖卤水的蒸发析盐规律和成矿状态预测进行了研究。以一里坪、西台吉乃尔盐湖卤水为案例,用多级序贯蒸发方式得到浓缩率达到95%的蒸发进程物流参数,包括析盐种类,各盐的析出节点、析出量;物性参数包括:卤水密度、比热、饱和蒸汽压等。模型的可靠性分析表明,计算结果能够反映实验过程的本质特征。模型化预测可以得到盐类析出量和析盐阶段的精准划分,由此得出盐湖生产的钠盐池、钾混矿池、光卤石池矿物组成的精确数据,可作为过程管理与优化的依据。The improved comprehensive thermodynamic model and the isothermal evapora⁃tion process model of salt lake brine were used to study the evaporation salt precipitation law and ore-forming state prediction of magnesium sulfate subtype salt lake brine.Taking Yiliping and Xi⁃taijilaier Salt Lake brine as examples,the logistics parameters of the evaporation process with a concentration rate of 95%were obtained using a multi-stage sequential evaporation method,in⁃cluding the type of salt precipitation,the precipitation nodes of each salt,and the precipitation amount;Physical parameters include:brine density,specific heat,saturated vapor pressure,etc.The reliability analysis of the model indicates that the calculation results can reflect the essential characteristics of the experimental process.Modeling prediction can obtain precise division of salt precipitation and salt precipitation stages,thereby obtaining accurate data on the mineral composi⁃tion of salt receiving ponds,potassium mixing ponds,and carnallite ponds in salt lake production,which can serve as a basis for process management and optimization.
