国外某原生钾石盐矿提纯工艺研究

摘　　要：文章以国外某原石盐矿为原料,对原料碎磨、脱泥、浮选、热溶结晶、脱卤和干燥各个工艺过程进行研究,认为采用氯化钾粗粒浮选和精矿热溶—冷结晶的联合提纯工艺更加合理,与采用单一浮选工艺相比,氯化钾回收率可提高5%~10%,并对粗粒浮选过程和热溶冷结晶过程进行相图分析和关键工序控制点分析。The primary sylvite ore abroad as the research material,studied the processes of grinding,desliming,flotation,dissolution-recrystallization,filtration and drying of the primary sylvite ore.The results showed that:the combined flowsheet with coarse flotation and dissolutionrecrystallization is more plausible than single flotation,the KCl recovery rate was improved by 5%~10%,and analysis the phase diagram and critical control point of coarse flotation and dissolutionrecrystallization.
