摘  要:目的:探讨同源异型盒C11基因(HOXC11)过表达与浆液性卵巢癌不良预后以及免疫浸润的相关性。方法:选取2019年1月至2021年1月于海南医学院第二附属医院手术获取的浆液性卵巢癌组织94份(恶性组)和卵巢良性病变组织94份(良性组)。比较两组的HOXC11表达,分析癌组织HOXC11表达与病理学特征及免疫浸润相关性,logistic回归分析浆液性卵巢癌患者不良预后影响因素,并分析癌组织HOXC11、调节性叉头状转录因子p3^(+)(Foxp3^(+))对患者不良预后的交互作用。结果:恶性组HOXC11水平高于良性组(P<0.05);癌组织HOXC11表达与FIGO分期、淋巴结转移及Foxp3^(+)表达有关(P<0.05);Cox回归模型分析显示,HOXC11、Foxp3^(+)高表达均为卵巢癌患者术后死亡的独立危险因素(P<0.05);交互因素分析可知,癌组织HOXC11、Foxp3^(+)对卵巢癌患者不良预后存在正向交互作用。结论:浆液性卵巢癌患者存在HOXC11过表达,且HOXC11过表达与病理特征及不良预后有关。Objective:To explore the correlation between overexpression of homozygous heterozygous cassette C11 gene(HOXC11)and poor prognosis as well as immune infiltration in plasmacytoid ovarian cancer.Methods:94 serous ovarian cancer tissues obtained by surgery in the Second Affiliated Hospital of Hainan Medical College from January 2019 to January 2021 were included in the malignant group,and 94 benign ovarian lesions were included in the benign group.The expression of HOXC11 in the two groups was compared,and the correlation between HOXC11 expression in cancer tissues and pathological features and immune infiltration was analyzed.The influencing factors of poor prognosis in patients with serous ovarian cancer were analyzed by logistic regression,and the interaction of HOXC11 and regulatory forkhead transcription factor p3^(+)in cancer tissues on poor prognosis was analyzed.Results:The level of HOXC11 in malignant group was higher than that in benign group(P<0.05).The expression of HOXC11 in cancer tissues was correlated with FIGO stage,lymph node metastasis and Foxp3^(+)expression(P<0.05).Cox regression model analysis showed that high expression of HOXC11 and Foxp3^(+)were independent risk factors for postoperative death of ovarian cancer patients(P<0.05).The analysis of interaction factors showed that HOXC11 and Foxp3^(+)had a positive interaction effect on the adverse prognosis of ovarian cancer patients.Conclusion:HOXC11 overexpression exists in patients with serous ovarian cancer,and HOXC11 overexpression is associated with pathological features and poor prognosis.
