摘 要:为了保证含钛高铝型铁矿石高炉冶炼的稳态顺行,围绕含钛高铝型高炉渣系,解析了炉渣成分、炉渣结构和炉渣黏度之间的内在作用机制.结果表明:当w(TiO_(2))=0~10%时,TiO_(2)呈现酸性氧化物的特性,故随着w(TiO_(2))的增加,炉渣发生聚合反应,黏度增大;当w(TiO_(2))=10%~25%时,随着w(TiO_(2))的增加,(SiO_(4)^(4-)+TiO_(4)^(4-))和AlO_(4)^(5-)的峰谱强度逐渐降低,且(SiO_(4)^(4-)+TiO_(4)^(4-))峰左移,这说明此时TiO_(2)呈现碱性氧化物的特性,炉渣中网状结构被破坏,炉渣发生解聚反应,黏度减小;随着w(Al_(2)O_(3))的增加,AlO_(4)^(5-)的峰谱强度逐渐升高,炉渣中AlO_(4)^(5-)网状结构增加,炉渣发生聚合反应,黏度逐渐增大;随着w(MgO)/w(Al_(2)O_(3))和w(CaO)/w(SiO_(2))的增大,AlO_(4)^(5-)和SiO_(4)^(4-)的峰谱强度降低,炉渣中AlO_(4)^(5-)和SiO_(4)^(4-)网状结构减少,炉渣发生解聚反应,黏度逐渐减小.To ensure the stable and smooth smelting of blast furnace containing TiO_(2)and high Al_(2)O_(3),the effect of slag composition on the structure and viscosity of slag and its internal mechanism among composition,structure,and viscosity have been discussed.The results show that TiO_(2)acts as an acidic oxide when w(TiO_(2))=0~10%,therefore,the slag exhibits an aggregation phenomenon,and the viscosity of the slag increases with the increase of w(TiO_(2)).When w(TiO_(2))=10%~25%,the intensities of(SiO_(4)^(4-)+TiO_(4)^(4-))and AlO_(4)^(5-)characteristic peaks gradually decrease and the(SiO_(4)^(4-)+TiO_(4)^(4-))characteristic peak shifts to the left with the increase of w(TiO_(2)),which indicates that TiO presents the characteristics of basic oxide.The slag network structure is destroyed,the slag presents a depolymerization 2 reaction,and the viscosity shows a downward trend.As w(Al_(2)O_(3))in the slag increases,AlO_(4)^(5-)characteristic peak intensity gradually increases,which leads to the network structure in the slag increasing,and polymerization reactions occur in the slag,therefore,the viscosity presents an upward trend.When w(MgO)/w(Al_(2)O_(3))and w(CaO)/w(SiO_(2))in the slag increase,the peak intensities and the network structure number of AlO_(4)^(5-)and SiO_(4)^(4-)in the slag decrease,the depolymerization reactions occur in the slag,and finally,the viscosity presents a downward trend.
