摘 要:预制菜已成为人们消费的重要组成部分,其发展将深受消费者对预制菜满意度的影响。本研究构建了预制菜消费者满意度评价模型,并进行实证分析。结果显示:消费者对预制菜的满意度不高;感知质量、感知价值、物流配送和顾客期望是影响预制菜消费者满意度的主要因素,预制菜消费者的感知价值分别在顾客期望和感知质量对顾客满意的影响中存在中介调节作用;多群组分析结果显示,对于四种不同加工程度的预制菜,感知质量是影响消费者满意度的共同主要因素,其他因素各有侧重,食品质量是预制菜发展的生命力。Prefabricated Dishes have become an important part of people's consumption,and their development will be deeply influenced by consumers'satisfaction with Prefabricated Dishes.This study constructed a consumer satisfaction evaluation model for Prefabricated Dishes and conducted empirical analysis.The results show that consumer satisfaction with Prefabricated Dishes is not high;Perceived quality,perceived value,logistics distribution,and customer expectations are the main factors affecting the satisfaction of Prefabricated Dishes consumers.The perceived value of Prefabricated Dishes consumers plays a mediating and moderating role in the impact of customer expectations and perceived quality on customer satisfaction;The results of the multi group analysis show that perceived quality is the common main factor affecting consumer satisfaction for four different levels of Prefabricated Dishes,while other factors have their own emphasis.Food quality is the vitality of the development of Prefabricated Dishes.
